Step One: Finding the right walk in bath product for you

Upon contacting us you will be offered a free consultation with one of our sales team. This free survey and quotation process is designed to inform you of the cost and the viability of having your bathroom updated with a walk-in shower, walk in bath, or wet room. 

Our specialist will talk you through all the options and products we supply, enabling you to make an informed decision and find the perfect product to best suit your mobility needs. Our team will never try to sell you a product that you don’t need; we want to ensure that your chosen walk in bath or shower gives you the support you require to continue to live independently in your own home.

We encourage you to ask your friends and family to be there for the sales team visit, this way you won’t have to worry about accurately conveying the information to them if they have questions of their own for our experts. 

Step Two: Arranging your installation

When you have decided to purchase a product, you will be contacted by the installation team who will arrange for a detailed house and home technical survey. 

We will then approve the technical survey and reaffirm all of the details with you as agreed on the sales contract. At this point you can amend or change your order, for example, if you decide you prefer other colour choices or fixtures. 

Once we have the sign authorisation from you, we will then place the order for the materials, you will then be contacted to arrange a mutually suitable installation date.

Step Three: Installing your walk in bath or shower

The date will then be confirmed and booked in for installation. We will give you the name of the installation team, so you are familiar with who is coming to do the installation. All our installers are DBS checked and are of the highest industry standard.

Upon completion of your installation, our installer will clear away the mess and old bathroom suite, leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy your new bathroom.

However, if you’re opting for a wet room, for example, this can take up to a week depending on the set up of your home.
